Nursing & Support Staff

Technicians

Diagnostic – Our diagnostic technicians control the flow of diagnostic information within the hospital by collecting and analyzing samples and providing timely and accurate information to our doctors.  They will also interface with outside labs and referring hospitals to provide a complete circle of patient care.

Intensive Care

These dedicated technicians are responsible for the monitoring and treatment of all hospitalized patients in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).  Working under the guidance of our Emergency/Critical Care doctors, these highly-trained technicians are a bridge to healing for our critically ill and recovering patients.

Emergency

Our emergency technicians work very closely with their ICU counterparts to provide 24-hour emergency/critical care for our patients and support for our staff of doctors.  They are trained to triage a patient, often serving as a liaison between client and doctor, and are prepared to assist in life-saving techniques to stabilize and treat your pet.

Surgery - Our Surgery Technicians oversee our three surgical suites and provide support for our surgeons.  Their duties include care of the surgery patients, assisting in surgery, anesthetic monitoring, and controlling and maintaining the surgical equipment and instrumentation.

Client Service Representatives
Our client service representatives (CSR’s) have the skills and compassion to assist pet owners who are often experiencing stressful situations with their pets.  They will attend to clients’ needs as their pet is being treated, and coordinate with the family veterinarian for follow-up care.

Administrative Support
Our administrative support staff ensures the smooth operation of the hospital, attending to the welfare of our staff and the care of the facility. Our administrative personnel guarantee that the highest standards are maintained in order to provide exceptional service to clients and referring veterinarians.
